Customers must bring their towels, so they must collect them before departure at Resort Mundo Imperial.
Important notes
Consumption made on the beach should be paid in the Beach Club or Princess Mundo Imperial Hotel consumption centres. Payment is accepted in cash and credit cards (AX, Visa, MC).
It is recommended that customers do not use services outside the hotel (horses, masseurs, food shopping), for hygiene and safety they will not be accepted in the Beach Club area.
a. High season (Easter, summer holidays, December and weekends and holidays) - Puerto Hacienda Beach Club exclusive for Resort Mundo Imperial guests
The beach club has a bar and a snacks menu.
It also has restrooms and showers in the area.

• All day long palapa for an extra fee, creditable on food and beverages only in Doña Victoria Palapa Beach Club or the restaurant. Credit must be consumed during the stay in the Palapa.
• Each palapa has two chairs, two loungers and a table service; 2 more chairs can be added to the palapa if required by guest. The maximum quota for palapa is 6 persons.
• Schedule changes or cancellations can be made at no cost up to an hour later indicated on your booking.
• The canceled reservations or date change request made on the same day after time tolerance will cause a penalty.
• No Show or unused reservations that are not canceled timely will be non-refundable.
• The deposit for reservation of the palapa, creditable in A and B, is exclusive to this effect, non-refundable and not applicable as deposit for towel service and gratuity (which will be done separately if required) or in some other area.
